Dolly, 7-minute frosting doesn't store particularly well; if you want to store it, keep it in the fridge, where it will gradually deflate and become soft over the course of a few days. Unfortunately, we don't have a yellow cake recipe using just yolks on our site; but try this recipe, it sounds pretty good! PJH
