In am baking two coconut cakes for customers who want to pick up their cakes the Friday before Easter to serve on Easter Sunday. It's a marvelous fresh cake with a fluffy boiled frosting covered in coconut. My problem is I'm afraid the boiled frosting will break down before its served. Would this seven minute frosting hold up? Thanks!
