I need to frost and decorate a 60th anniversary cske. My mother is allergic to milk, soy and wheat so this frosting looks perfect! My question is can you decorate with it? Like a traditional decorated cake, like a white wedding cake for example. If not is there a modification? Or, does anyone know of a good allergen free frosting. I've seen buttercream type frostings made from shortening, but they are terrible. I appreciate any help possible thank you!
