Hi , your illustrated step by step is very helpful but where are the list of ingredients and quantities used? Especially with the Italian merigue frosting. I tried this using a recipe from a different source and I must be doing something wrong because whilst my cake was nicely iced to start with, after a while the merigue icing melted to the point of almost seeing the sponge underneath. Your help would be very much appreciated as I would like to use this frosting again. Many Thanks
