Hi I would really like to try this, without having to go out for more ingredients, can I omit the cream of tartar, or substitute anything else? Thanks Yes, you may omit the cream of tartar. Or use an equal amount of vinegar or lemon juice in place of the cream of tartar. Elisabeth
