Hello, I really want to try this for a party that I will be baking for but I don't know how long they can sit out. Should I worry that the icing will become runny after awhile? Thanks a lot! This icing is fairly stable at room temperature, though I wouldn't hold it for an extended period of time. It will begin to harden as it gets older rather than get runny. ~Amy
