Hi Joan, yes, you could freeze these bread sticks after they have been baked and cooled, but they will probably be best served fresh. If you do decide to freeze them, they might benefit from a quick refresh in the oven after thawing, which will crisp them up again. I think up to 5 minutes at 375°F should do the trick.
