What a great way to use leftover Saturday breakfast sausage on Sunday morning. I'm thinking of making them a bit larger , splitting them and putting a fried egg in the middle. Now there's a sausage, cheese, and EGG biscuit for you - YUM! Thanks, Al - PJH
