These look yummy......can they be frozen? There are just the two of us and that would be a lot to eat at once. If so before baking or after? and if baking them after they was frozen how long to bake them? How about bacon, cooked and diced before added them to this? I make a cheese and garlic biscuit like those ones you get at that famous seafood restaurant, I just kept making them till I got the right taste. Yes, Kimberly - freeze before baking, then bake frozen. Eyeball them - they're done when they're golden brown, which will take a few minutes longer, since they're frozen. And bacon sounds like a great addition - go for it! - PJH
