Yummy. Could you use shredded cheese? It's a staple in our house, but we buy sliced and shredded, not usually block. Just wondering if I need an extra trip to the store, or if I could just use the shredded. Thanks. Sure, Patti, shredded will just disperse more evenly (and be less melty). AND just as delicious!
