To make crumb cake in a 9 X 13 pan, did you mean to increase ingredients by only 1/2 and not a full double. Yes, that' a good way to put it. Each ingredient would be increased by half of the original amount. One cup would increase to 1 1/2 cups. etc. ~MaryJane
