This looks delicious! I'll be trying it this weekend. And I hate to nitpick, but I had years of Latin drilled into me: Gaul is divided into 3 parts ;) You're right, Maureen - I got waylaid by this: "In 27 BC the Roman emperor Augustus divided Gaul into four administrative regions: Gallia Narbonensis, extending from the Alps to the Cévennes..." Can't believe everything you read via Google, eh? PJH
