Looks wonderful! Do you have a whole wheat variant? Does the baking powder give it a bitter taste as compared to an all yeast recipe?
No bitter taste; but then, my palate isn't particularly refined. You could try white whole wheat flour, but the biscuits will be harder and heavier, I suspect - no problem, so long as you manage your expectations and don't think you'll get the same texture/taste as you would with all-purpose flour.
