I, too, was looking for Nabisco Zweiback toast for my cheesecake crust in
4 stores recently, to no avail. I am SO glad to have your recipe--at least, I know I'll still be able to make my favorite crumb crust now. Thanks for the suggestions on making the Zweiback toast with the various breads and purchased products. I WAS able to find several brands of cinnamon rusk toast in my local grocery store, but they didn't have the same flavor as the Nabisco Zweiback--maybe if I add a little nutmeg and mace to the crumbs I'll achieve a match!
