What a pleasant surprise this article is. I discovered it because I was munching Caesar Cardini's Garlic Croutons by Marzetti. Wondering why I was enjoying them so much, my mind suddenly said, "Zweiback!" which I used to snack on. So I googled it. These croutons contain canola oil, which isn't the healthiest in terms of good/bad cholesterol, but the crunchy consistency is there. Thanks for your happy writing.
