Zwieback is a German staple and we still make it commercially and it's available online and in European grocery/specialty stores. The brand is Brandt Zwieback. The Kavli and the cinnamon dry toast are still being made because they sell it in the regular grocery store in these parts; lots of Scandinavians. Zwieback is what my mom gave us when we were sick and couldn't keep much down. It's pretty easy on the tummy along with some chamomile tea.
