JanH, I have been looking for Holland Rusk for a while (I haven't tried on-line yet), but I was told at three different supermarkets that it's no longer available! I'm glad to know that someone has used it recently - I'll get online later and try to find some. I used to love it as a kid at my grandmother's house! I intend to make the Zwieback soon - I love cinnamon toast!
