When mixing up cinnamon sugar at home, what proportions do you recommend? (If I missed this info someplace else, my apology in advance). Thanks! Whatever suits your taste, Amy - When I do it, I start with the amount of sugar I want, then add cinnamon till it looks right - very light, medium, or dark, according to your preference. Be bold! Experiment. PJH
