Bless your heart!! I was sitting here in the Upper Peninsula with my morning tea, munching on Trenary toast when I came across your recipe. (It's up to .40 an ounce now at Walmart) - I know your blog is a few years old but I'm going to ask anyway - how long do you typically knead the dough?
