Hi there, Typically if the dough isn't rising, it's either a yeast issue or a dry dough issue. Test your yeast to make sure it is nice and active and bubbly. If it isn't nice and strong, we'd say it's time to replace it. If the yeast is working just fine, make sure your dough is not too dry. Dry dough will prevent nice air bubbles from forming and lifting the dough. Hope this helps. ~ MJ
