Just amazing! I have an apricot tree loaded with apricots and they will be ripe in a few weeks. Will they work? Sure, you can use fresh apricots, just make sure that they're peeled and patted dry and be aware that you may need to use more thickener, but it sounds delicious! Molly@KAF
