I have such a hard time w/ pie crust!!! I made an awesome awesome one in pastry class in school, but when I went to make it again, it stunk. I was sad... I need that never fail crust that magically makes itself!!! But your filling looks soooo good!!!! And yep, I just bought some pie filling enhancer on King Arthur's website... :) You should call our hot line for some hints on making a great pie crust! Joan @ bakershotline
