Hey, I've been meaning to try biscotti but hesitant to do so because my dad have teeth problem so he doesn't like tough/hard cookies. But I think I'll give it a try. Can I substitute the cinnamon chips with chocolate chips? I can't get cinnamon chips locally, a bummer I know. I'm not sure if cinnamon goes with chocolate though. Absolutely, chocolate chips would be delightful. And these are crunchy rather than hard/tough, so I think your dad will do just fine with them. PJH
