I am so jealous of those of you who live close enough for classes! Maybe it's a good thing that I don't live close though - I would be there all the time. :) You all would be sick of seeing me. I will look for your traveling classes near me. The bread is gorgeous - from the loaf's shape to the air pockets inside. At first I scrolled right through it, thinking that I just don't need another bread recipe... until I got to the end and saw the finished product!
