I wish you would take your cooking classes on the road and come to NW Indiana. For a week or two or three. But seriously.....my wheels are turning and this sound like a nice sister weekend road trip. I am putting it on the list. We do offer baking demonstrations in different states throughout the spring and fall. We have finished our spring 2009 tours and will be picking up again in the fall.
