How does the texture inside compare? Do you have pictures of the two loaves cut so we can see the difference the malt might make? Thanks, Lisa No difference that I could see, Lisa, texture-wise. Of course, it's a SLIGHT bit more "open" due to its slightly greater rise, but the end effect - mouth-feel, etc. - is about the same. PJH
