I highly recommend that if you haven't taken a class at BEC, that you do so. It's a great experience. A group of us made a girls weekend out it last year. We took their pasta class and learned a lot. Plus you get to check out their store and buy all the stuff you see in their catalog. Hi Heidi, Thanks for sharing. Hope you'll get back for a class soon. ~ MaryJane
