Hi Cliff, we don't recommend substituting gluten-free flour into any of our regular yeast-raised or sourdough recipes. This is because so much of the structure and rise of this type of baked good depends on the gluten that wheat flour provides. However, if you have our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix, we do have this recipe for Gluten-Free Now or Later Pizza.
