Hi there, Elizabeth! You're welcome to freeze the dough if you'd like, we'd recommend doing this after dividing the dough in half. Then the night before you need the frozen dough, just move it to the fridge to defrost. You could also cut the recipe in half as well. We hope this helps and happy baking!
