I LOVE this recipe. It is so easy to make and the taste is our of this world!
I really only need 1/2 the recipe (as there is only 2 of us) so was wondering
if I could freeze 1/2 the dough (before cooking)
OR
would it be better to just halve the recipe?
I really don't like the idea of par baking the crust and then freezing (as noted in the recipe)
