I went to a KA class this past week and was inspired to make my first loaf of from-scratch bread this weekend. Now you're killing me with this charred pepperoni pizza - it looks so good! Well, Cate, now that you've got your first yeast loaf under your belt (literally, and figuratively!), pizza crust should be a piece of cake! Uhh.... well, a piece of pizza, maybe? :) PJH
