Hi KN, many of the no-knead recipes are meant to produce a crustier crust, which requires a higher baking temperature. If you want to bake the No-Knead Harvest Bread recipe in an appropriately sized Pyrex bowl with a cover at 425°F, that should work fine. Follow the directions for baking as written, removing the lid at the time recommended. The baking time after you remove the lid might be a bit longer with the reduced temperature, but the bread should still bake beautifully. For this type of recipe I always recommend greasing the baking vessel well, or using greased parchment paper to line the pot. When dough sits in the pot for an extended time before baking, it's a little more likely to stick to the pot.
