This bread was easy and fun to make. However, if I make it again I would add a little cinnamon and sugar to give it some sweetness. I followed the baking instructions and after 10 minutes with the foil cover the temp was at 180 so I kept baking it 10 minutes longer and after 30 minutes decided even if it wasn't at 205 I needed to take it out of the oven. Needless to say all this extra baking made the bottom crust black which is very crispy and tastes burnt. I'm going to get an instant read thermometer, to hopefully avoid this problem again.
