Well I messed up and let this rise for closer to 20hrs!! I moved it from my bowl to my baking dish and am skipping the second rise since I think it’s prob done all of its rising by now?? I’ll update on how it goes but I was actually hoping for clarification on rise times. Why is there a second rise in the baking dish after the first one in the bowl? For shape?
