The answer is yes to both of your questions, Constanze! You can bake a portion of this dough (about half, or up to #2) in the Bread Baking Bowl. Follow the same baking temperatures and times outlined in the recipe. If you'd like to experiment with making the whole grain version, use this recipe for No-Knead Crusty Whole Wheat Bread.
