I live in Florida and it is hot and high humidity, I was wondering if I should do anything different, especially because of the yeast? I have never baked a yeast bread. Thanks! If you have an air conditioned house, Leah, you should be fine. If your house is like 85°F - 90°F, try to find the coolest place; and understand that the whole process will go much more quickly. I think you'll find this quite easy to do, and won't have a problem with the humidity/heat. Good luck - PJH
