I see you have a stone in your oven. But I have the three-sided stone wherein the instructions are to pre-heat over to set temperature, then let it heat up for one hour. That means that if I put my bread in a cold oven, it will be two hours before it is at the proper baking temperature. Should I adjust times to compensate for this? We suggest that you remove your oven insert. Frank from KAF.
