Is the 1/2 tsp. of yeast correct? I've not seen an amount that small before. Thanks - looking forward to making :) Yes, Chris, correct, because it rises for so long in the fridge... you'd be amazed at what that 1/2 teaspoon can do. Actually, you saw in the pictures what it can do... PJH
