I have a dough hook on my mixer which I'd love to use. Any advice on this vs. actual kneading? Thanks Wendy, there's "no need to knead" here. Use your mixer's flat beater paddle, not the dough hook. Beat just till everything is thoroughly combined. That should do it - PJH
