Made the Potato Chip Cookies for the first time and our family loved them! I like the 1/2 and 1/2 butter/shortening ratio and did not salt the tops. Made with the Cape Cod Kettle Chips and they were salty enough so would have been too much for us. And we love anything with oatmeal in it! Thank you for introducing me to this recipe!
