Living in the nerdy household I live in we recognize National Pi Day each year. I even made fabric postcards and sent them out to select friends and family members! Thank you for pointing out National Potato Chip Day. Who knew!? I've seen recipes for cookies with potato chips but have never felt moved to make them. The salty sweet combo does sound good though! Now I'm going to look up what national food day falls on my birthday.
