Do you think this would work in a bread machine (not just the dough, the whole cycle?) I could brush on the topping during the baking time. I bake solely in my old Welbilt! Actually, I do think this might be a good candidate for your Welbilt (and yes, that is an OLD machine, isn't it?!). Give it a try - it should work. PJH
