This recipe looks fantastic and I will be making it soon. One thing I noticed, in the printable version you have the yeast listed and when to add it but in your instructions with pictures I can't see where you have added the yeast. Thank you for your wonderful blog, Gail Hi Gail, The yeast is added at the same time as the flour, as it is instant yeast. The photo shows the dough already mixed, so you can't see the yeast itself. ~MaryJane
