Tip ... I have made thousands while used as child labor and using a stove-top single pizzelle iron. The tip is, always make them in the winter when the humidity is low so they cool and crisp instead of cool and sog. Thanks, Paul - so true about the humidity, though an house with AC is usually fine, even in summer. PJH
