I wish I had a pizzelle iron!! They are beautiful!! Hey, Maria, invest in a pizzelle iron and forever after be the one who always brings those luscious pizzelle to every gathering... they're my fallback position for potlucks. So fancy, yet easy. Iv'e had my iron for YEARS. :) PJH
