I'm still trying to convince myself a pizzelle maker is worth investing in. I have a small kitchen, so one-use appliances are hard to justify. You've pushed me a little closer to the edge though. I love them with the traditional anise flavor! I also wanted to let you know that the last link where it says, "Read, rate, and review (please!) our recipe for Classic Pizzelle," is wrong. It links to the scoop instead of the recipe. Whoops, TX, Dawn - will fix 2morrow! PJH
