Can you freeze the uncooked dough for use at a later date? Hi Momo, If you know you are going to freeze the dough, add about 1/4 teaspoon more yeast to make up for any that may die off in the freezer. Most bakers prefer to bake all of the dough and freeze the baked loaves for later. Hope this helps. ~ MaryJane
