Hi Judith, we have a sweet version of pâte brisée on our website. It's called Citrus-Scented Tart Dough, and it's completely heavenly. If you're looking for pie crust that can be used in a savory way, consider using one featured here. Our All-Butter Pie Crust is flakier than a traditional pâte brisée, but there's nothing wrong with that! Kye@KAF
