I just sent away for a sunbeam food processor book I had years ago with a "Rich Man's Quiche" recipe. Of course I don't have a processor anymore and came here looking to find a brioche quiche pie crust recipe to make without a processor. But, looks like there are none to be found. Let me tell you, I have never forgotten that wonderful quiche. I am not a baker so that would be about the only thing I would be interested in giving a try again.
