Thank you so much for the detail in this recipe! I chose to use my bread machine and if you had not had the pictures and described what the dough would feel/act like, i might have given up. My bread is raising now before i put it in the oven. This is my first go at brioche and I am crossing my fingers. I am determined to conquer this recipe. I am hoping it works.
